This section presents selected projects of the Institute for Demographic Future. The projects are conceived as independent thematic and development initiatives focused on understanding demographic challenges, working with young people, and responsibly planning Slovenia’s future over the long term.
Each project addresses a different dimension of demographic future: from work with young people and questions of values to spatial projections and institutional planning. The projects are presented separately and retain their own thematic independence, while at the same time forming part of the Institute’s shared strategic direction.
A programme of awareness-building and active reflection on the future of society. The project is designed as an experiential process that encourages young people to reflect on patterns, choices and the long-term social consequences of present-day beliefs.
Particular emphasis is placed on cooperation with schools, understanding the myths that shape decision-making, and developing a different perspective among younger generations.

The project introduces a new way of recognising one another, connecting people and encouraging public reflection on demographic future. It is conceived as an independent initiative that brings together symbolism, social signalling and broader public discussion.
At the core of the project is a simple, visible sign of commitment to the idea of a responsible future, together with an invitation to cooperation, connection and awareness-building within the community.
