A programme that opened space for reflection about the future.

The workshops were designed as reflective and interactive sessions rather than conventional lectures. Young participants discussed their future, life goals, relationships, health, personal development and the decisions that shape quality of life.

The Ptuj implementation confirms that young people value a space where they can actively participate, express their views and think about the future in a structured but open way.

Strong participant response and professional relevance.

The evaluation report shows a high level of participant satisfaction. Among 73 completed evaluations, there were 70 YES responses, no NO responses and 3 other or undetermined responses to the question whether participants liked the workshop.

Open responses highlighted discussion about the future, the opportunity to express personal views, self-reflection, group work, student involvement and the motivational part of the workshop.

The Demographic Youth Incubator is becoming a practical programme with measurable field experience.

After the first implementation in Celje and four workshops in Ptuj, the programme now has a stronger foundation for further implementation in schools, youth centres and European project environments.
